When you order you have three options. Australia Post, Couriers Please or you can collect.
Types of Email Confirmations
You receive an email initially after submitting the order then an email advising you the product has been shipped.
If an exteneded delay occurs we will advise you by email.

Shipping to a Different Address
Our Shopping cart has the ability to send to a different person and address. If you intend to do this please include your
phone contact otherwise we shall cancel the order and advise you by email.

International Customers
International orders make up a large part of our sales.
We have been selling POS memory and adapters overseas for over 10 years. We are experienced in all tarrifs and rates and can advise what extra charges items may attract, needless to say email us with the item and we will reply straight away.
Shipping costs are all in the Shopping Cart for each location.
Returns Policy
If you are required to return an item you must email us in advance and we will explain the procedure.
Can I get my shipping cost refunded?
If there is an error on our part related to your order, we will issue a credit for your next purchase.
Refunds on credit cards within 7-10 days.
All item must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging, so we suggest keep it around until you are satisfied with the performance.

Shipping Costs & Times
If you are located near the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne you can organise a pick up from our warehouse, but we do charge a fee for that.
